Qualification
PhD from a HEC-recognized University/Institution.
Experience / Expertise Experience:
10 years teaching / research/ administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, or in an equivalent position in a government or Government Autonomous Organization, University.
Expertise/Skills:
The candidate must have a strong understanding of research management, innovation ecosystems, intellectual property (Patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.), commercialization processes, Licensing of IP, along with relevant experience in fostering industry-academia collaborations and familiarity with funding agencies.

Min-Max: 30-50
Expertise/Skills: The candidate must have a strong understanding of postgraduate studies, i.e., MPhil/MS and PhD research work, including thesis evaluation, viva voce, and degree award processes, Implementation of HEC postgraduate regulations, rules, and enforcement of research ethics and anti-plagiarism policies and be familiar with rules of business for conduct of Advanced Studies & Research Board meetings.
